Reverse osmosis water purification equipment has been shipped to Buenos Aires

Recently, XinJieYuan's independently developed 1000L/h reverse osmosis water purification equipment was shipped to Buenos Aires, Argentina. It will be used to purify drinking water in communities around the local metropolitan area, solving drinking water problems such as high water hardness and excessive microbial contamination for nearly 2,000 households.

Customized customer needs

The 1000L reverse osmosis equipment shipped this time was specially developed by our company based on the water quality characteristics of Argentina's La Plata River Basin.

Preliminary work with our Argentinian partner, Aquila Water Company, enabled us to obtain detailed test data on the local water source. We discovered that the total water hardness in the area reached 380mg/L (measured as CaCO₃) and contained trace amounts of fluoride and E. coli.

Therefore, we implemented three optimizations in the core components of the equipment:

① Utilizing anti-fouling reverse osmosis membrane elements, we increased the pollutant retention rate to 99.8%.

② Adding a pre-softening filter module reduced the water hardness to below 50mg/L.

③ Equipped with a UV sterilization system to ensure that the effluent microbial indicators meet Argentina's "Drinking Water Hygiene Standards."

Deepening the Central and South American markets

This RO equipment export marks a key breakthrough for XinJieYuan as it deepens its presence in the Latin American water treatment market. To ensure the smooth progress of this collaboration, we meticulously addressed multiple adaptation challenges:
Not only did they optimize the equipment's electrical system for Argentina's 220V/50Hz voltage standard to ensure power supply stability, they also upgraded the equipment's casing's anti-corrosion coating to enhance outdoor durability, taking into account local climate characteristics.
We also compiled a Spanish-language operating manual and produced accompanying instructional videos to facilitate subsequent local operations and maintenance.

The reverse osmosis machine is expected to arrive in Argentina in 45 days. Residents of communities such as San Martín and Ramos Mesa, south of Buenos Aires, will be the first to enjoy deeply purified, high-quality drinking water.
